She guides therapists in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, the Gottman Method, IFS, and SFBT, emphasizing ethical care and strong therapeutic alliances.
For clients, Trish offers compassionate, personalized therapy addressing marital and parenting challenges, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Her approach fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful growth for both clients and the therapists she supervises.
