Hello
I'm Trish Bellante, LMFT, MBA and I'm so happy that you are here
My Story
I’m Trish Bellante, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. I began my career working with the seriously mentally ill for the County of San Diego, gaining valuable experience in addressing complex mental health issues. Now in private practice, I focus on providing compassionate, individualized therapy that empowers clients to achieve personal growth and healing.

I specialize in working with women in life transitions, members of the military, first responders, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and Brainspotting, and I’m a Level 3 Gottman Couples Therapist. These evidence-based approaches allow me to offer tailored support that addresses trauma, fosters emotional connection, and promotes lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I cherish time with my family. I’m a proud mom to a U.S. Marine Veteran and a college student, and I also have five fur babies that keep me busy! In my free time, I love running half marathons and enjoying outdoor activities. Nature is my sanctuary, and staying active helps me maintain balance in both my personal and professional life.
